JOB SUMMARYThis is a mid to senior-level professional position under the general direction of the Sr. Director of Valuation Services. This position provides the valuation of all property types for ad valorem purposes through the application of industry accepted methods, standard appraisal techniques, and statistical analysis including sales comparison, income and cost approaches. This position will focus on commercial valuation with minimal supervision.
