You will join a dynamic and top-tier Corporate Finance team consisting of highly seasoned dealmakers and advisory professionals. Working closely with senior management, cross-functional internal units, and key external advisors, you will operate in a collaborative and high-performing environment that values proactive leadership, execution excellence, and continuous development.

- Transaction Execution: Manage and execute corporate finance transactions, with a core focus on IPOs, M&A deals, and secondary market capital raising.
- Valuation & Modelling: Prepare pitch books, construct comprehensive valuation analyses, and develop complex financial models to support transaction structuring.
- Due Diligence: Conduct and coordinate comprehensive financial and business due diligence for prospective deals and strategic investment opportunities.
- Regulatory & External Advisory Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for external professional parties (e.g., legal, accounting) and maintain communication with regulatory authorities.
- Governance & Process Management: Oversee internal transaction approval processes and prepare strategic presentation materials for decision-makers.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as required.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
- 5-12 years of corporate finance experience, ideally from reputable investment banks or transaction advisory firms.
- Proven ability to drive multiple transaction pipelines simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
