Full-time opportunity in Natick, Massachusetts
Schedule: Three 12-hour clinical shifts per week, with no weekends, plus dedicated teaching time
Why Join Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty
What if your Critical Care career gave you the opportunity to practice excellent medicine, teach others, shape a growing service, and still have your weekends? At Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty, you'll join a fun, kind, and highly collaborative team where culture is more than a talking point-it's part of how we practice medicine every day.
You'll work alongside dedicated Emergency clinicians, specialists, and experienced technicians who value teamwork, open communication, and supporting one another through challenging cases. Internal Medicine and Surgery work closely with the Emergency team Monday through Friday, creating a collaborative environment where you'll always have colleagues to consult, brainstorm with, and learn from.
This role also gives you meaningful opportunities to influence the future of Critical Care at Boston West. You'll help strengthen hospital-wide critical care standards, elevate patient outcomes, mentor ER clinicians and technicians, and contribute to the continued development of the emergency and critical care service-with the long-term goal of building an ER training program.
As part of Ethos Veterinary Health, you'll have the autonomy to help shape your hospital while benefiting from the resources of a larger specialty network. You'll have access to clinical trials, an in-network pharmacy, professional development opportunities, and the collective expertise of veterinary specialists across the organization.
