Inpatient Pharmacist assignment for a 13-week contract working primarily Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with weekend and holiday shifts from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services including medication order verification, clinical monitoring, sterile compounding, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education. This role requires strong clinical judgment, oncology compounding experience, and the ability to support anticoagulation clinic services.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience required
Experience working in an Anticoagulation Clinic required
Experience performing Oncology IV compounding required
Active Michigan Pharmacist license required
Strong knowledge of sterile compounding standards including USP 797/800 required
Comfortable managing 4-6 anticoagulation clinic patients daily
Weekend and holiday coverage required
On-call coverage required
