We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern Analyst to join our Investment team. The ideal candidate will be a high energy and self-starting individual with a passion for critical thinking and financial/risk analysis, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment team in conducting in-depth credit analysis and due diligence on prospective investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and industry research;
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials;
• Maintain industry and investment benchmarking databases;
• Support the monitoring of our portfolio investments, including reviewing financial performance, covenant compliance, and ongoing risk assessments;
• Spearhead research initiatives and other ad hoc projects; and,
• Communicate and interact with SAF counterparties and stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications/Core Competencies:

• You have exhibited passion and curiosity for financial markets, private credit and investing;
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills;
• You have demonstrated academic excellence and extracurricular involvement;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to be a team player in an open office environment;
• You are a developing leader, with strong communication and presentation skills;
• You can multi-task, have phenomenal time management and work ethic;
• You have excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills;
• You have an advanced proficiency in the use of Excel™, PowerPoint™, and Word™; and,
• Must be enrolled in a university degree program in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or another quantitative field.
