Description

• Partner closely with our CEO, CFO, and Finance leadership to support high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, unit economics, pricing strategies, and profitability across products and markets.
• Develop business cases and financial insights to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and key stakeholders, including Instacart.
• Support OKR planning and monitor business performance against strategic objectives.
• Improve financial processes by transforming ad hoc analyses into scalable and repeatable frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Product teams to drive business growth.

• 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity.
• Experience building financial models from scratch and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience preparing executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
