Senior Financial Adviser – Private Wealth | $180–220k Base + Super | OTE $300–400k

We are retained by a well-regarded financial services firm in Sydney seeking a senior financial adviser to join an established and growing practice. You will benefit from a warm inbound referral pipeline while also having the drive and ability to build your own centres of influence over time.

The Role

This is a dual-engine role. You will service and convert a steady flow of inbound referrals from the firm's established introducer network, while proactively building your own referral relationships and centres of influence. You do not need to arrive with a client book but you do need the commercial instinct and interpersonal credibility to develop one. The firm offers a generous and clearly defined bonus structure directly tied to revenue generated.

Responsibilities

Service and convert inbound referrals from established referral partners
Proactively build centres of influence including accountants, lawyers, mortgage brokers and other professional introducers
Advise across retail and wholesale segments including HNW individuals, family office and sophisticated investors
Manage ongoing relationships across wealth accumulation, investment strategy and estate planning
Deliver technically rigorous, tailored advice to clients who expect both depth and discretion
Represent the firm credibly at the highest level in all client-facing situations
About You

Experienced financial adviser with a strong track record in HNW or private wealth
A natural relationship builder you know how to develop and maintain referral partnerships with accountants, lawyers and other professionals
Comfortable and credible in front of sophisticated and wholesale clients — you have the gravitas to match the room
Commercially driven with the hunger to grow a book over time
Technically strong across investment structures, platforms and strategic advice
FASEA compliant; degree qualified; AFP or CFP preferred
Compensation

Base: $180,000 – $220,000
Superannuation
Generous defined bonus structure tied to revenue
OTE: $300,000 – $400,000
