The Senior Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, process documentation and stakeholder engagement activities across a complex financial crime transformation program.

This role requires an experienced BA who can work confidently across business and technology teams, supporting delivery of critical transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
• Supporting process mapping, documentation and business analysis activities.
• Working closely with business SMEs, technology teams and delivery stakeholders.
• Supporting financial crime transformation initiatives and process improvements.

Most important attributes required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex transformation programs.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining business, functional and technical requirements.
• Previous experience within financial services, banking or regulated environments.
• Financial crime, AML, KYC or customer due diligence experience highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
