STARTING SALARY $106,987 - $115,375 Range based on teacher salary plus Factor 1.525

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ed Leader Certification
Physical and mental stamina and ability to perform job functions, tasks and duties.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:

REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Secondary and Academy Programs
SUPERVISES: Assistant Principals & assigned teachers and staff

POSITION: Supervisor of Federal Programs

LOCATION: Central Office

STARTING SALARY $112,616 - $121,916 Range based on teacher salary plus Factor 1.55

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate
• Endorsement as Parish or City Supervisor of Instruction or Educational Leader Level 2
• Master's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of effective teaching
• Physical and mental stamina and the ability to perform job functions, tasks, and duties

REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Academics

SUPERVISES: Federal Programs and Grants Coordinator, Support Services Advisor, McKinney Vento Program Part-Time Tutors, EL Itinerant Teacher

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Months

JOB GOAL: To oversee federal programs and designated grants to ensure compliance, effective program implementation, and responsible stewardship of allocated funds. To drive school improvement in Title I schools by providing instructional support and targeted coaching to instructional leaders.
