Overview

The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional supports the daily golf operation while providing exceptional service to members and guests. This position assists with tournament operations, golf programming, staff leadership, merchandising, instruction, and golf shop operations while helping maintain the high standards of the Golf Professional Team.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Current classification with the PGA of America.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professionals with all aspects of the golf operation.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Club and actively promote the game of golf.
• Assist with Golf Tournament Operations with Golf Genius
• Support the Junior Golf Program
• Provide golf instruction and playing opportunities with the membership.
• Manage and maintain the Club's POS and tee time systems, including Jonas and ForeTees.
• Provide club fitting and basic club repair services.
• Maintain an active classification with the PGA of America.
