Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple software development teams in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This role will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, ensuring effective delivery across concurrent teams, and serving as a key facilitator between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 2+ software development teams concurrently using Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Track and report on key Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burndown charts
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain a consistent, sustainable delivery cadence
• Partner closely with product owners, engineering leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Leverage Agile tooling to manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
• Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams at the same time
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices
• Hands-on experience working with Agile metrics and delivery reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional English proficiency

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile delivery and reporting
• Project management experience in a software development environment
