About the role:
Teledyne ICM and Teledyne Radicon are seeking a Sales Manager – US Market to strengthen and accelerate commercial development in the United States. This strategic role is focused on the growth of advanced Xray generators, detectors, and industrial imaging solutions serving the nondestructive testing (NDT) and security market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building longterm customer relationships in a technically demanding and competitive environment.

Organization
The Sales Manager – US Market will be part of Teledyne ICM & Teledyne Radicon and will report directly to the Director of Sales based in Europe. The role will work in close collaboration with European headquarters, including product management, R&D, applications, and aftersales teams.
Compensation
The compensation package includes a fixed salary component and a variable component linked to individual performance and sales results.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the US market
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical demonstrations, quotation, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct onsite technical product demonstrations of Xray generators, detectors, and imaging solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, system integrators, and distributors
- Support distributors and key accounts with commercial and technical expertise
- Collect and report market intelligence (competition, pricing, trends, customer needs)
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Contribute to strategic market development and growth plans
Profile Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- NDT Level 2 or Level 3 certification is a strong plus
- Proven experience in B2B sales of highvalue technical or capital equipment
- Experience in nondestructive testing (NDT), the security market, or related technical markets is a strong advantage
