Description

The Springfield Housing Authority is seeking qualified consultants to assist in the evaluation, selection, and procurement of a retirement benefits provider. The selected consultant will guide our organization through a structured, objective process to identify a benefits partner that aligns with our strategic goals, workforce needs, and financial parameters.  Hard copies of the RFP may be obtained at no cost from the SHA’s Office located at 200 North Eleventh Street, Springfield, IL 62703, voice/TTY (217) 753-5757, ext. 232, and may be downloaded from the Housing Agency Marketplace (eProcurement) website at https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com/requests.html?company_id=1662  
The Proposal must be submitted in accordance with Section 3 of the RFP and are due no later than 06/12/2026, at 3:00PM Central Standard Time (CST) and must be submitted to:
