Looking for an RBT role that fits your afternoon availability?
Join our ABA team and you'll have the opportunity to work directly with children and families in their natural environments, building strong relationships and helping children with ASD increase language, self-help, play, social skills, ADL skills, and decreasing challenging behaviors that make a difference in their everyday lives. Combined with convenient after-school hours (3 PM-7 PM), this role is ideal for RBTs seeking meaningful work outside of a traditional school setting. You will work under the supervision and support of a BCBA and work collaboratively with Early Intervention specialists and families in support of the goals, objectives and strategies identified in the child's behavioral treatment plans.
Requirements
Per Diem RBT Behavior Technician (ABA) Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), or Senior Behavior Therapist
- Basic Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of community-based health systems and resources
- Infant and Pediatric/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience with electronic documentation or ability to learn.
- Must have afternoon availability for current cases available
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to effectively communicate based on the needs of the audience
- Strong ability to positively represent UCP and provide a conscientious and caring attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions through in-person, face to face contact as required, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license, availability of private vehicle, up-to-date car insurance
- Evidence of immunity for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
- Acceptable CORI, SORI and DPPC background checks and National Fingerprint Check.
