Role objective

This Quantitative Developer will sit within a Principal Strategies team, designing and building research and trading systems that support semi-systematic Mid-Frequency Trading (MFT) strategies. The role focuses on technical optimisation, system design, and tooling that enables researchers and traders to operate effectively in complex, high-uncertainty environments.

Requirements

• • Experience building or supporting systematic or semi-systematic trading strategies
  • Strong technical instincts with a focus on system design, optimisation, and tooling
  • Familiarity with the full strategy lifecycle (research, backtesting, deployment, monitoring)
  • Experience developing visualisation, monitoring, or diagnostics frameworks
  • Comfortable partnering closely with researchers and traders in a front-office setting
