Description

1. Develop and enhance quantitative models to analyse equity order flow, market microstructure, liquidity, execution quality and trading signals across cash equities and related instruments.
2. Analyse large datasets using Python/SQL to identify patterns in trading behaviour, price formation and flow dynamics, translating quantitative research into actionable insights for traders and portfolio managers.
3. Build and maintain analytical tools for real-time and historical monitoring of market flows, execution performance, risk and trading opportunities, working closely with trading and technology teams.
4. Conduct quantitative research and optimisation , testing new signals, execution strategies and methodologies, and communicating findings clearly to senior traders, quants and stakeholders.
