A well-established and growing Melbourne law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Property & Development team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on a broad range of commercial, retail and development property matters while enjoying a genuinely collaborative and flexible culture. Your new role
You'll gain exposure to a diverse mix of property work, including:

• Commercial, industrial and retail leasing (landlord and tenant)
• Agreements for lease and pre-commitment arrangements
• Property development matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Subdivisions and easements
• Off-the-plan contracts
• Owners corporation matters
• Property due diligence
• General property advisory work
• Property aspects of corporate transactions

You will work closely with senior lawyers while also enjoying meaningful client contact and ownership of your own matters. What you'll need to succeed
We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

• Approximately 2-4 years' PQE in property law
• Experience across commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting and client relationship skills
• A commercial and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships

Experience with PEXA will be highly regarded. What you'll get in return
