Product Manager, B2B Growth & Platform Delivery-myZoi (SC-Ventures)

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who understands fintech and startup execution, someone who can connect strategy with delivery, drive adoption, and collaborate across functions to launch meaningful products for business customers.

About the role

As an individual contributor, you will own adoption and growth of our business customer-facing platform, including WPS and Non-WPS payroll solutions for the UAE, and lead compliance-first MVPs that enhance how organizations use myZoi. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Business Development to translate requirements into scalable product experiences.

What you will do

• Drive activation andongoing usage of the business customer platform.
• Own core journeys acrossonboarding, verification, account management, payments, settlements, moneymovement, reporting, and servicing, including UAE WPS and Non-WPS payroll.
• Define the corporate clientexperience for payroll, including file upload, maker-checker approvals,funding, payment status tracking, and error and rejection handling.
• Own the payroll lifecycleend to end, from file validation and funding through disbursement,cut-offs, failed or returned payments, re-processing, and reporting.
• Define scope and leaddelivery of compliance-first MVPs for new business capabilities.
• Design API-first productrequirements and collaborate with Engineering for delivery.
• Translate regulatory andrisk requirements into product logic and operational processes.
• Partner with Finance andOps to design reconciliation and downstream workflows.
• Support BusinessDevelopment in client discovery, solutioning, demos, and onboarding.
• Co-own partner and vendorexecution with Supply Chain.
• Work closely with exchangehouses and corporate partners for WPS and Non-WPS integrations and productrollouts.

What you have

• 6-8 years of productmanagement experience in fintech, PSP, or B2B technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience workingin or closely with a fast-moving startup or scale-up.
• Proven record of deliveringregulated or enterprise-grade B2B products end to end.
• Strong API fluency andability to define or review sequence diagrams.
• Demonstrated success in B2Badoption, automation, or platform growth.
• Excellent stakeholdermanagement across Engineering, Ops, Finance, and Compliance.
• Familiarity with paymentprocessing, payroll, onboarding, billing, or KYB/KYC systems.
• Strong understanding of WPSsystems, transaction settlement, and compliance workflows, including howNon-WPS payroll differs from WPS.
• Experience with payroll,salary disbursement, or bulk payment products, and integrating with banks,exchange houses, or payment networks.

People and Talent

• Customizerelevant commercialization tool kits, product packs and relatedcollateral, and provide training to upskill client facing teamsand operations staff.
• Clearlycommunicate priorities, objectives/goals, mission, and acceptance criteriato the Product Development team and ensure that the ProductDevelopment Team understand items in the Product Backlog to thelevel needed
• Championadoption of agile methodology and human centered design principles across theorganisation

Risk Management

• Builddeep and comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory framework in whichmyZoi operates andinitiatives of local industry bodies to stay ahead of the regulatorychange agenda and how it affects the product lifecycle.
• Staycurrent on UAE WPS and payroll-related regulatory requirements and howthey affect product design and partner integrations.
• Takethe initiative regarding regulatory, reputational, and ethical mattersby providing proactive advice to sales and operations teams.
• Workwith CPO, COO, and CCO to effectively identify, escalate, mitigateand resolve risk and compliance matters in a timely manner.
• Adherenceto policies and control standards, ensuring compliance andoperation within risk tolerance and risk appetite

Governance

• Accountablefor all product risks within the product management discipline across the marketsin which myZoi offers its services
• Responsiblefor delivering 'effective governance' within the deliverables andpossessing the ability to constructively challenge relevant stakeholdersand teams effectively.
• Ensuretimely renewal of Product Program Guidelines and Country Addendums andproactively work with stakeholders to identify and quantify new andexisting risks.
• Definespricing guidelines and processes to be followed by myZoi
• Abilityand willingness to work through details with relevant control functions inthe identification, assessment, mitigation, control, and monitoring ofrisk to achieve the desired governance outcome within myZoi's riskappetite
