Description
Key Responsibilities- Driving end‑to‑end execution across structured equity, junior capital, and opportunistic private equity transactions
- Building and owning advanced financial models across LBO, structured equity, and downside scenarios
- Leading diligence processes with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing investment materials and presenting analyses to senior decision makers
- Evaluating opportunities across the capital structure with a focus on equity upside and risk‑adjusted returns
- Supporting portfolio company monitoring and contributing to value creation initiatives
- Synthesizing complex information into clear, decision‑ready insights
Investment Exposure
- Structured equity and hybrid capital solutions
- Control and non‑control private equity transactions
- Opportunistic investments across the capital structure
- Sector focus across financial services, business/services, and infrastructure‑related industries
Skills & Experience
- Strong modeling capabilities across LBO, structured equity, and scenario analysis
- Ability to assess both credit risk and equity upside
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced deal environment
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or investing roles across M&A, leveraged finance, capital markets, private equity, or private credit
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required

- Background from top tier investment banks, leading middle market platforms, or established buy‑side funds
- Prior exposure to transaction execution and financial modeling
- Interest in hybrid investing strategies with meaningful equity exposure
- Motivated to grow into a long term investing / origination role
