Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Practice Manager to support daily operations and help patients throughout their wellness journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hormone optimization, and building strong patient relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and team support
- Follow up on patient leads and inquiries
- Help increase patient retention through exceptional customer service
- Introduce various other services when appropriate
- Assist with inventory and product ordering
- Ensure deadlines and daily tasks are completed efficiently
- Support providers and help “make life easier” for the clinical team
- Work collaboratively with medical assistants, paramedics, and front desk staff

- Comfortable in a supportive leadership role
- Healthcare, med spa, wellness, chiropractic, aesthetics, or medical office experience preferred
