Alara Women’s Health is seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our thriving clinic in Tuggerah. This role offers the opportunity to work across women’s health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and Clinical Pilates within a supportive and collaborative environment.
We welcome applications from experienced women’s health physiotherapists, as well as physiotherapists with a strong interest in training and developing their skills in women’s health.

About the Role
This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys managing a varied caseload and is passionate about working with women to improve their confidence, movement, strength, and quality of life through all stages of life.
The role includes:
- Women’s health physiotherapy, including:
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Pregnancy and postpartum care
- Pelvic pain
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Incontinence management
- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- The opportunity to deliver or incorporate Clinical Pilates into patient management plan
You will be joining a busy, well-established clinic with excellent administrative support and a strong local reputation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds current Physiotherapy qualifications and registration
- Has experience in women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, or a genuine interest in developing skills in women’s health through mentoring and training
- Is confident managing an independent caseload
- Has Pilates experience or an interest in integrating Pilates into physiotherapy care
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team while also being self-directed
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
