Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Part-Time
GLO Aesthetics + Wellness Lounge is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing wellness and medical aesthetics practice on a part-time basis. This provider will primarily focus on hormone management, wellness consultations, functional medicine support, and medical weight management while delivering exceptional patient care in a luxury medical spa environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable in wellness-based medicine, and comfortable developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term patient outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and wellness consultations
Assess, diagnose, and manage hormone-related conditions for men and women
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for hormone optimization and wellness therapies
Review and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic results
Provide patient education regarding hormone therapy, wellness programs, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and treatment expectations
Manage follow-up appointments and monitor patient progress and outcomes
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation within the EMR system
Collaborate with supervising physician, nursing staff, and wellness team members
Ensure adherence to all Florida laws, medical regulations, and clinic protocols
Optional participation in aesthetic procedures and wellness services based on training and experience
Requirements
Job Requirements – Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Florida Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
NCCPA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
Ability to practice within Florida laws and clinical protocols
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury medical wellness environment
Ability to maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation within EMR/EHR systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising physician and clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in:Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Women’s and Men’s Wellness
Functional Medicine
Medical Weight Management
Preventive and Wellness-Based Care
DEA license preferred
Experience interpreting laboratory testing and developing treatment protocols
Familiarity with peptide therapy, wellness supplementation, and lifestyle-based treatment approaches
Experience in aesthetic medicine is a plus but not required
