Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Responsibilities:
- Process released customer orders in Kodiak and MDP
- Work with Engineering to ensure MDP spec file data is accurate
- Answer incoming tickets from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries
- Research and resolve any customer issues
- Attend production meetings and represent customer voice
- Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, production, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements
- Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work
- Use problem solving skills to improve processes
Qualifications:Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Key Competencies: Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous
- Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization
- Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them
Must actively seek and apply new knowledge, assimilate information quickly, and contribute to a culture of learning
