A well-established and highly respected ophthalmology practice is seeking two full-time Optometrists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ophthalmologists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
About the Practice:
Our practice has proudly served the community for more than 28 years, earning a strong reputation for providing high-quality, comprehensive eye care. We offer a full spectrum of ophthalmic services, including medical and surgical eye care, advanced diagnostic testing, and routine vision care. Our experienced providers include a Glaucoma Specialist and a General Ophthalmologist, allowing us to deliver specialized, patient-centered care for a wide range of eye health needs.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule with consistent patient flow
Collaborative work environment with ophthalmologists and skilled clinical staff
Opportunity to manage a diverse patient base, including routine exams, medical optometry, and pre/post-operative care
State-of-the-art equipment and technology
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active state license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based setting
