- Potential up to 1000 cataract surgeries per year
Schedule
- 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
- Clinic hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Consistent surgical volume in an eye-focused ambulatory surgery center
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $450,000
- Partnership eligibility after 24 months
- Full benefits, including health insurance, malpractice, licensure reimbursement, and 401 (k)
- 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
- 5,000 CME allowance

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Comfort with high-volume cataract surgery preferred
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
