Currently boasting $300m AUM, supporting SMAs and launching a co-mingled very soon, this small business offers good performance so far and prides itself with so far attracting some outstanding individuals. This role is 5 days a week in the office.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who is either a Senior Analyst looking to become an Operations Manager, or an Operations Manager who is keen to search for a new opportunity in a fund that offers a lot of promise. Your Equities knowledge will be ideally gained from another Hedge Fund, but they would consider those from traditional Asset Management or Prime Middle Office background. What is essential is that whilst they use Enfusion, they have already automated a lot with Python and built dashboards with PowerBI - having technical knowledge of Python in particular is distinctly advantageous as you will be required to review it all and maintain, and candidates with that skillset will be given priority over others. Degree education is also required to be considered.

Working very closely with the Investment and senior leadership team, this very varied role will see you support all aspects of the Trade and Position Management, perform various reconciliations (cash, positions, trades and NAVs) with Prime Brokers and Fund Administrators, Corporate Actions and Income, Cash Management / Funding, Controls and Processes, internal Risk Reporting, Data Management, Projects and Process Improvements.
