We are looking for a professional, dependable, and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team!
Position: Licensed Massage Therapist
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Independent Contractor
Location: The Blissful Nation of Relaxation Pharr, Texas
Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, customized massage services based on each client’s needs
* Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and other modalities as qualified
* Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment
* Communicate with clients to understand their goals and comfort preferences
* Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
* Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards
* Provide an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat visits
Qualifications:
* Professional liability insurance, if required

Requirements
Job Requirements
Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
Completion of an approved massage therapy education program.
Knowledge of Therapeutic and Medical Massage, Swedish, deep-tissue, or other massage techniques.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to assess client needs and modify techniques appropriately.
Ability to stand and perform massage services for extended periods.
Ability to maintain accurate and professional documentation.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Previous massage therapy experience is preferred but may not be required
Additional Qualifications are a Plus:
Experience with therapeutic or medical massage.
Experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain or musculoskeletal discomfort.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Experience working with veterans or insurance-based clients is a plus
