Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Manager to join our Global Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, CRM, and Commercial Services teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
This role plays a critical part in enabling Hyatt Inclusive Collection's global commercial success by bringing structure, visibility, and insight to sales operations. As Manager, Global Sales Operations & Data Analytics, you will lead a team while remaining hands-on in driving operational excellence, data integrity, and performance insights across regions.
• You will serve as a key connector between Sales, CRM, Finance, and Revenue Management, ensuring that systems, processes, and reporting are aligned to support decision-making and drive results.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; set priorities, balance workload, and support consistent execution.
• Ensure consistent and accurate execution of day-to-day sales operations processes
• Standardize tools, processes, and ways of working to improve efficiency and scalability
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase sales productivity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales operations across regions
Salesforce and Data Governance
• Partner with CRM leadership to optimize Salesforce for reporting, analytics, and sales workflows
• Define data requirements and ensure Salesforce supports accurate and actionable reporting
• Drive data quality, governance, and consistency across regions
• Act as a liaison between Sales, CRM, and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into system improvements
Performance Analytics and Insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports including performance, conversion, and pacing metrics
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities across global markets
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
• Standardize reporting while accommodating regional nuances
Incentives and Commercial ROI
• Administer and track global BDM incentive plans
• Monitor performance and ensure accurate reporting for payouts
• Partner with Revenue Management on data validation and calculations
• Evaluate incentive effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Develop frameworks to measure ROI on sales initiatives, analyze performance drivers, and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights to improve overall commercial outcomes
Qualifications
Experience Required
• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce for reporting, data quality, or sales workflows
• Experience with sales performance tracking and/or incentive programs
• Advanced Excel skills
• Salesforce administration or configuration experience
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid passport and ability to travel as needed
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in global or multi-region environments
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
• Understanding of other RFP Tools (including ReadyBid, Tripbam, BTP, Ratefinding) and / or other programs like SynXis, Agency360
• Knowledge of corporate travel programs and offerings

The salary range for this position is $98,600 - $110,000
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
