Valencia Trails HOA is seeking a Maintenance Personnel! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Summary:

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds, and other areas as required.

Essential Duties:

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

No certifications or licenses are required.

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, and the manuals for the equipment associates may use are in English).
