Overview
The role supports the origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions, including LBOs, sponsor-backed deals, and event-driven financings, in partnership with coverage, M&A, and sponsor teams.

What's Your Role

• Support the structuring, analysis, and execution of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions (e.g. LBOs, refinancings, structured finance).
• Prepare and review financial models, credit papers, cash flow analyses, and transaction materials.
• Assist in term sheet development and coordinate internal approval processes.
• Work with Relationship Managers, Investment Banking, M&A, and Financial Sponsor teams on deal origination and pitching.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with preparation of pitch books and tailored financing solutions.

What You'll Need to Do

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance / Leveraged finance
• Background in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, or credit analysis at a bank or financial institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of leveraged loan structures, acquisition finance, and corporate credit fundamentals.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and covenant structures preferred.
