About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking for a KYC Analyst focusing in periodic review to join the team.

Job Description

• Manage the KYC Periodic Review process and ensure reviews are completed accurately and on time, in line with internal policies and procedures
• Manage regular review processes, including Client Identification Program (CIP), Singapore Accredited Investor (SGAI), Professional Investor (PI), and Investment Profile Questionnaire (IPQ) reviews
• Support internal and external audits, investigations, and remediation activities related to Risk, AML, Compliance, and Internal Audit
• Follow up with the Sales team on outstanding documentation, account restrictions, and other account maintenance matters, and respond to daily queries
• Assist with global and local projects as required
• Support other ad hoc tasks and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in CIP, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Client Onboarding, or Client Account Maintenance.
• Knowledge of KYC requirements and client identification documents is preferred.
• Familiarity with Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) reviews would be an advantage.
