I'm working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team.

This is a genuine principal investing opportunity, working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets.

The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
• Deal sourcing and screening
• Investment underwriting and financial modelling
• Acquisition execution and due diligence
• Investment Committee papers and presentations
• Market and sector analysis
• Portfolio and asset-level analysis

We are looking for:
• 1-2 years' experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or a transaction-focused real estate environment
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience underwriting real estate investments
• Excellent analytical and academic credentials
• Strong interest in European real estate investing
• Fluent French or German is highly desirable

This would suit an ambitious Analyst looking to move into a high-quality European PERE platform, with meaningful exposure to investment decisions and transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions throughout Western Europe.
