Your new role
We are seeking an Integration Analyst to join the Hays team based in our Melbourne office. This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately. The salary is $113,000 + Super.
Responsibilities

• Design and improve customer sales and service processes to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for renewable energy solutions, translating complex technical information into clear and practical guidance.
• Analyse and map customer journeys, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage customer enquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Develop training materials, documentation and standard operating procedures to support both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery and adoption of solar, battery, EV charging and other consumer energy solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in customer service, customer success, operations or process improvement, ideally within the renewable energy, utilities or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of consumer energy solutions, including solar, battery storage, EV charging and other emerging energy technologies.
• Proven ability to analyse and improve business processes, customer journeys and service delivery outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience using CRM systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
