In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor, driving successful onboarding and integration of advanced anti-fraud platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout client onboarding and implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable decisioning logic and integration plans
• Lead technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and platform configuration sessions
• Implement and support SDK and API integrations across web and mobile platforms
• Provide troubleshooting support during testing and go-live phases to ensure smooth deployments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges
• Partner with risk, fraud, product, and pre-sales teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, or mobile SDKs
• Strong understanding of fraud detection, digital identity, or cybersecurity technologies
• Experience building business rules for real-time decisioning systems in fintech, financial services, or e-commerce

• Strong client-facing and consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues
• Self-driven and adaptable mindset with a passion for learning new technologies

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Business-level proficiency

• Experience with data tools such as SQL or Python
• Background in software engineering or mobile application development
