The Housing Manager reports to the Deputy Director of Development Services and provides dedicated leadership for affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, housing preservation, and state and federal grant programs. Strong knowledge of CA housing law, affordable housing finance, and state and federal programs needed. Five years of experience in housing programs, community development, or a closely related field, including two years of supervisory/management experience, and a bachelor’s degree is required.
