A leading global innovation and investment platform is seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships, Asia Pacific to drive relationship development, strategic engagement, and business growth initiatives across the region.

This senior leadership role will focus on building and deepening relationships with institutional organizations, investment firms, family offices, strategic partners, and other key market participants across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's regional presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and facilitating long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management

1. Develop and manage senior-level relationships with institutional investors, family offices, investment organizations, and strategic partners across Asia Pacific.
2. Establish trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the region.
3. Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners while cultivating new relationships.
4. Serve as a senior representative of the firm across the regional investment and business community.

Business Development & Market Expansion

1. Drive strategic business development initiatives to strengthen the firm's presence across Asia Pacific.
2. Identify partnership opportunities that align with the firm's long-term growth objectives.
3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and stakeholder engagements.
4. Monitor market developments and identify emerging trends relevant to the organization's growth strategy.

Regional Outreach & Thought Leadership

1. Lead the planning and execution of senior-level meetings, industry events, roundtables, and client engagement initiatives.
2. Enhance the firm's visibility and profile within key markets across Asia Pacific.
3. Develop compelling presentations and strategic materials for external stakeholders.
4. Act as a key liaison between regional and global teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Partner closely with senior leadership and international colleagues to execute regional growth initiatives.
2. Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
3. Support selected corporate, partnership, and market development projects across the region.

Requirements

1. 15+ years of experience within business development, strategic partnerships, institutional coverage, private markets, investment banking, asset management, consulting, or related sectors.
2. Demonstrated success managing senior relationships with institutional organizations and sophisticated investment counterparts across Asia Pacific.
3. Strong network within sovereign wealth funds, family offices, investment firms, strategic corporates, and broader financial ecosystems.
4. Deep understanding of the Asia Pacific investment and business landscape.
5. Proven ability to originate opportunities, build trusted relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
6. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
