I am exclusively representing a leading hedge fund in Singapore that is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Core Operations to lead and scale its operations platform.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity at the heart of a fast-paced investment business, partnering closely with Portfolio Managers, Technology, Finance, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, scalability, and strategic growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead all core operations across trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, cash, and fund operations
2. Drive automation, process optimisation, and operational transformation initiatives
3. Manage relationships with prime brokers, custodians, and fund administrators
4. Strengthen operational controls, governance, and scalability to support business expansion
5. Build and lead a high-performing operations team

Ideal Profile

1. 15+ years within hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking operations
2. Strong understanding of multi-asset trade operations and investment infrastructure
3. Proven leadership experience within high-performance trading or investment environments
4. Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
