We are partnering with a leading FMCG organization to appoint an FP&A Manager specializing in Travel Retail. This role serves as the Finance Business Partner to the Travel Retail leadership team, driving financial strategy, commercial decision-making, and performance management across global duty-free and travel retail channels. lanning, Forecasting & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts for Travel Retail channel Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, moving toward driver-based forecasting and scenario modeling Consolidate inputs from regional finance teams and ensure alignment with corporate reporting requirements Partner with Commercial teams on pricing strategy for duty-free SKUs, ensuring alignment with global pricing guardrails while accounting for local market dynamics Evaluate ROI of below-the-line spend, promotional mechanics (GWP, discounts, visibility investments), and activation campaigns Monitor compliance with pricing agreements and audit promotional accruals
