A newly created opportunity has become available for an FP&A professional to join a well established, high-performing organisation operating at a national scale. This role offers the chance to step into a high visibility commercial position, partnering closely with an exceptionally capable and respected senior leadership team. You'll be trusted with significant autonomy, challenged intellectually, and supported by leaders who genuinely invest in their team's development.
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role sits at the centre of commercial decision making. You will own financial planning, analysis and performance insights, working closely with executive and operational stakeholders to influence outcomes, challenge assumptions and help shape strategic direction. This is a role for someone who wants more than reporting - it is a true business partnering role where you'll be expected to tell the story behind the numbers and convert insight into action.

Your new role

• Lead FP&A activities across forecasting, budgeting and long-term scenario planning
• Deliver commercial insights across revenue, margin and cost performance
• Partner directly with senior leaders and operational teams to drive performance
• Provide clear, actionable analysis to support strategic and investment decisions
• Support business growth initiatives through commercial modelling and business cases
• Maintain strong financial control across month-end and balance sheet areas
• Mentor and develop finance team members, contributing to a high-performing finance culture

What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You are confident in engaging senior stakeholders, comfortable influencing strong personalities, and energised by working close to the commercial heartbeat of a business.

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
• Excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset
• Confident, proactive and comfortable operating with ambiguity
• Industry background is flexible - fresh perspectives are welcomed
