This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience within Advice and develop a strong understanding of client service delivery. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, gaining exposure to Advice Practices and working closely with experienced teams across the business.You will build capability in client engagement, systems and workflows, providing a strong platform for future career progression within Advice.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email and mailManage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up activity for Advice PracticesMaintain accurate records of all client interactions in Xplan or relevant systemsSupport scheduling and coordination of client meetingsCollaborate with Practice teams to achieve first call resolution where possibleProvide administrative and operational support as requiredEnsure client needs are met in a timely and professional mannerWork proactively to support business goals and contribute to team outcomesWhat you will bring:Customer service experience with a passion for delivering great outcomesStrong communication skills, particularly over the phoneHigh attention to detail and strong organisational capabilityCuriosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes and the Advice environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approachConfidence using systems and managing multiple tasksReliable and accountable approach to workA positive, can-do attitude and desire to build a career within AdviceFinancial Planning qualifications highly regardedMake your move.
