Opportunity to take over an established client base.Supportive, team driven culture and career growth opportunity.North-West Melbourne location.We're seeking an early career Financial Adviser to join an established firm in Melbourne's north-west. This is an outstanding opportunity for an adviser with a few years of experience under their belt who is looking to take on their own book of clients.The OpportunityThis role comes with an established client base from day one. You will inherit a book of ongoing advice clients, This provides an immediate platform for success, strong recurring revenue, and the opportunity to focus on deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional advice outcomes rather than building a portfolio from scratch.Working alongside an experienced team of advisers, paraplanners and client service professionals, you'll provide strategic advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance and wealth creation strategies while helping clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Strategic Financial AdviceProvide high-quality financial advice to new and existing clients across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, insurance and wealth creation.Develop, present and implement tailored advice strategies aligned to clients' goals and circumstances.Conduct client reviews and maintain ongoing advice relationships.Build and Maintain Client RelationshipsManage an established portfolio of clients.Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and communication.Generate opportunities through client referrals and professional networks.Contribute to Practice GrowthSupport business development, client events and referral partner relationships.Identify opportunities to improve client experience and advice delivery.Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice.Support Team DevelopmentShare technical knowledge and mentor junior team members where appropriate.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Maintain Professional & Compliance StandardsDeliver advice in line with Best Interests Duty and regulatory requirements.Ensure records, advice documentation and Xplan files are accurate and up to date.Maintain CPD and stay current with industry and legislative developments.About YouIdeally, you'll have:Around 4-7 years' experience providing personal financial advice following completion of your Professional Year.Relevant qualifications meeting ASIC Financial Adviser education requirements.Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.Authorisation or eligibility for authorisation to provide personal financial advice under an AFSL.Strong technical expertise across financial planning, superannuation, retirement planning, investments and personal insurance.Proven ability to build trusted client relationships.Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.Experience using Xplan highly regarded.CFP® designation (or progress towards achieving it) highly regarded.What You'll GetAbility to take over an established client portfolio.Strong recurring revenue base and long-term client relationships.Excellent remuneration package with bonus potential.Quality paraplanning and client service support.Collaborative and experienced leadership team.Ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities.A values-driven business focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.Opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of the practice.For a confidential discussion, please contact Kaizen Recruitment or apply via the link.If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact:Simon Gvalda on 04•• ••• 245 / ••••@kaizenrecruitment.com.au
