About the CompanyOur client is a trusted leader in superannuation, consistently delivering top-tier performance, responsible investment strategies, and exceptional value to members.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Financial Adviser Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality superannuation, insurance, and intra-fund advice to members and their families, in line with the advice service proposition, regulatory framework, and your authorisation provided by the fund administrator.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality intra-fund advice to members, aligned with the advice service proposition and within the boundaries of the regulatory framework;Determine appropriate service levels based on members' financial needs and refer to a senior advisers when appropriate;Deliver and implement advice through remote channels (phone, webchat, video conference) or face-to-face, including visits to employer's site when appropriate;Act in the best interest of the member in the provision of advicePrepare Statements of Advice and support members with advice implementation as needed;Ensure compliance with administrative and record-keeping requirements when providing financial advice;Understand and adhere to the requirements of our AFSL (Australian Financial Services Licence) as outlined in the Financial Planner Manual;Collaborate with internal teams to run outbound campaigns on targeted advice topics;Learn and operate the advice technology solution and identify opportunities for enhancement;Participate in ongoing training and stay informed on legislative updates, industry developments, and evolving strategies and products; ANDAssist various Member division teams in driving engagement with financial advice services.Key RequirementsFinancial Planning qualifications (must meet all FASEA requirements) and have successfully completed the Professional Year;Listed on ASIC Adviser Register;Maintained CPD in accordance with your qualification;Experience in customer service with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional outcomes; ANDExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the value of personal financial advice in a simplified manner.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic industry super fund in a dynamic, advice focused role.If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact Paris Deligianis at Kaizen Recruitment on 04•• ••• 587 or at ••••@kaizenrecruitment.com.au Alternatively, apply via the attached email link.#SCR-paris-deligianis-1
