The Role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to support business performance and profitability.
• Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and promotional effectiveness across channels, products, and stores.
• Monitor inventory and logistics costs to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Provide financial insights, KPI reporting, and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and low business level English (reading and writing is more important)
• 5+ years of FPA experience or Accounting experience (if candidate's only have accounting experience, then would need to have retail or FMCG industry experience)
• SAP experience is nice to have
