As such, there is now an opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the business.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the financial management, reporting, controls and governance. Initially, this will be a hands-on role to support a growing entity. Over time, the focus will shift to oversight, performance management and strategic financial leadership.

• Act as the senior financial partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing commercial insight and decision support
• Lead monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts and financial governance across a multi-venue environment
• Drive financial discipline, performance tracking, risk management and internal controls
• Improve systems, processes, cost control and scalable reporting to support growth
• Oversee payroll, tax, statutory compliance and external advisers
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and funding compliance
• Support acquisitions, new openings and capital expenditure decisions

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role ideally within property, retail or hospitality leading reporting, budgets, forecasting, financial control and business partnering. Experience embedding new systems and controls/procedures will be highly regarded.
