Build the curriculum, faculty, and accreditation process from the ground up, establishing a program that grows and retains outstanding rural Family Medicine physicians for Washington State.

Opportunity Overview:
• 50/50 administrative-to-clinical split leading up to launch.
• Serve as Founding Program Director of a new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Lead curriculum design, faculty development, accreditation, and strategic planning ahead of the inaugural 2029 class.
• Work alongside a dedicated residency development consultant, CMO, and university partners to bring the program to life.

Compensation Overview:
• $400,000+ starting base salary.
• Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus.
• $15,000 relocation stipend.
• $44,000/year in uncapped student loan repayment.
• 8.5 Weeks of PTO, $4,000 CME, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice insurance, and 401k.
