Our 3 Main Priorities
- Incredible Working Environment
- Exceptional Service and Results
- Bridging the gaps between Allied Health and Education/Community
Over the last few years, we have worked really hard on creating a strong team culture and an environment where clinicians can continue to grow professionally while still having balance, flexibility, mentoring, and people around them who genuinely care.
We are a growing multidisciplinary paediatric allied health team based in Dapto, NSW, supporting children and families across a wide range of communication and developmental needs.
Right now, we are looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our team.
The role would involve working with children across areas including
speech and language delays
articulation and phonological disorders
social communication
stuttering
AAC and non verbal communication
feeding and dysphagia
literacy and language development
You would be working closely with families, educators, and our wider allied health team to help children achieve meaningful long-term outcomes.
What we offer:
strong mentoring and support
a genuinely collaborative team culture
professional development opportunities
flexibility and understanding
modern clinic facilities
opportunities for long-term career growth within the organisation
leadership that genuinely values its team
At Necessity Kids, we care deeply about creating an exceptional experience for both the families we support and the people who work with us every day.
If you are looking for more than just another job and want to be part of building something genuinely special, we would love to hear from you.
