The New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA) is seeking an accomplished, relationship-centered, and visionary educational leader to serve as its next Executive Director.

NJASA is the leading professional association for New Jersey’s school leaders. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, strong advocacy, effective communication, and organizational direction to advance NJASA’s mission, strengthen member engagement, and support public education across New Jersey.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience, strong political and policy acumen, the ability to build trusted relationships across differing perspectives, and the credibility to represent school leaders throughout the state. Successful New Jersey superintendent experience is strongly preferred.
