Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research on high quality listed companies across China and global markets, covering industries including but not limited to technology and consumer, to identify potential investment opportunities.

2. Undertake deep-dive research within the assigned coverages and produce high-quality research reports and investment recommendations to support investment decisions.

3. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments including research, investment, trading, and risk management.

4. Assist and support Portfolio Managers with other daily tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Graduated from a top-tier university, CFA charter holder is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of equity research experience in an asset management company and/or a sell side research institution, with deep insights in covered sectors. Prior work experience at a leading buy-side/sell side institution is highly preferred.

3. Strong passion and dedication to investment research, committed to a long-term investment philosophy. Candidate should demonstrate modesty, curiosity, self-reflection, and continuous evolution, and the ability of independent and critical thinking, probabilistic reasoning, and business acumen. A collaborative team player with resilience under pressure.

4. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, including the ability of independently reading English materials, drafting reports, and communication with global institutions.
