 Outsourced Risk Management Solutions is looking for Environmental Risk Managers and Reviewers to join our team.

The roles support ORMS’ environmental risk management business nationwide and is a remote job.  ORMS is a small business with a great team that supports lenders with environmental risk management consulting services. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to join a seasoned team of environmental professionals who are client-focused and understand environmental risks posed to lenders. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BS Degree (Environmental/Engineering/Geology) with 5+ years of Environmental Due Diligence/Risk Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education.
• Strong knowledge of due diligence-related environmental risk management and how lenders can manage risk.
• Detailed understanding of ASTM 1527 and -21 standards.
• A solid understanding of the US Small Business Administration Standard Operating Procedure (SOP 50 10 8)
• Must have prior experience with conducting and evaluating Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, remedial investigation, remedial action plans, and other limited-scope environmental due diligence jobs.
• Candidate must be client-focused and willing to be part of a team. 
• Candidates should have the knowledge base necessary to provide appropriate guidance and recommendations for our clients.  
• Experience with proposal generation, field work, and evaluation of various due diligence deliverables is valuable as the role requires critical review of proposals.
• Candidate must be detail oriented.
• Field work is not required.
