About Our Client

Join a leading Investment Bank as Analyst to support the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) coverage operations.

Candidates with relevant ECM internship experience would also be considered.

Job Description

• Support the execution of equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and share placements.
• Work closely with Equity Sales, Research, Trading, and Investment Banking teams to gather market insights and investor feedback.
• Assist in developing financing solutions for corporate clients.
• Build financial models, conduct market analysis, and prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, marketing activities, and deal documentation.
• Participate in team discussions and client meetings, with opportunities to contribute ideas and present analyses.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience in ECM, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, valuation, and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
